Freiheit Village

INK served as the civil engineer for the 53 acre Mixed Use Project located in the Creekside area of New Braunfels. The project included general commercial retail, restaurants, an event venue, professional office, hotel, professional office, medical facilities, daycare, and multi-family site. INK provided the civil design services for nearly all of the projects and parking area, as well as the public infrastructure for the roadway, water, sewer extensions and turn lane improvements for FM 306 and FM 1101 required to serve the project.
