James Ingalls, P.E.
Principal
James is a native of Central Texas with more than two decades of experience in Civil Engineering. He is a class of 2005 graduate of Texas A&M University and founding principal of INK Civil. James has a wide range of experience in Land Development and Public Infrastructure design.
James focuses on growing relationships through community involvement and volunteering his time and resources. His client-first attitude and ability as a natural problem solver has built a strong reputation as someone who simply gets the job done.
Outside of work, James enjoys quality time with his wife, Jesica, and two kids. A majority of that quality time is spent on a baseball diamond or football field with his son, Paxton, or in an audience watching his daughter, Palin, swim and dance.
